A Reply to Corny

The Mrs. has a CD of Florence Foster Jenkins, who was a loaded socialite who loved to sing. She'd give recitals that the climbers and brown nosers would feel trapped into attending, and she made a series of recordings of herself to give as gifts.
Here is Mme. Foster Jenkins styling her rendition of Mozart's "Queen of the Night."

Capt'n!! I havent read the stuff about the birds yet but I've heard about parots who have very advanced language capabilities, like hundreds of words they can use to express desires and whatever... poetery.

This post is hilarious. I wish i had a friend who would sing off key like that at our parties, I love her, literally, i love her.

These Queens of the NIght are drawing me inexorably into the blogs. Is she singing any words at all? And how about the optimistic accompanist? I want to hear the whole CD...

Well, anonymous, you'll have to come over to hear it. Who are you?

Corny, we do it all for you. Well and for us, too.

ps corny, I bet sea monkey would do it in a heartbeat.

Oh SeaMonkey I've been toasting your thaw in my mind and say yes yes yes to your spring plowing season! a couple of things:
what holidays?
And yes this post is all about you and while I'm at it I might as well tell you that when things don't seem to add up or spark my interest I do I little thing I call Seamonkey supplanting and it all seems to go a lot better-so I can tell you you were great in that movie I saw the other night running thru the jungle to save your wife who was stuck down a hole fleeing some SAVAGES who wanted to skin you alive and I think you might be great in tonights performance, the Mrs. and I are going to see the opera 'The First Emperor' where you will be uniting all of ancient China and building the great wall. Great work! I hope you don't mind my way of managing and don't feel used I also pretend that the thousands of miles in the middle of the country don't exist and that I'm driving down the 5 with the Captn and Dick on a lawn chair in the back of the van.
My love to you all and see you soon!
