One last goodbye

The Tired Guppy, Mustang Megalodon, 'Tang, or Kim Novak, if you will, had to be sold the other day. She was my first board that I supposedly "learned" on. It's ok, it was time to go, but I just had to memorialize.

Comments:
Whoa, another perfect day. Worked for a short time with the unselfish, nice clientele, then 3 hours of surfing on big, clean fucking beautiful waves, with hardly anybody out there, so I had all my waves to myself, then some "power puttering" where I was maximally out there gettin' it done, including getting the flat fixed on my bike, then rode home w/ a large Bronx pizza on my handlebars (sketchy on the downhills but ultimately triumphant,) home to my trophy wife, for dinner on the couch involving said pizza and Rolling Rock.

What a nice day Capt'n!!! (gotta stop with the exclamations) Any day that ends with pizza is stellar in my book (the book of lazy hormones and such). I want one of these boards, although it would be too big for my tub. The Norf*ckingeasters need lots of practice.

Nuthin' gets the hormones burnin' like a fast ride on a big, wet one, you know what I'm sayin' pd???!!!???
Kinda like when you throw the slicer into high gear, I'd imagine.

I know the feeling Capt'n. i got a hard salami in the slicer as we speak.

I'm cracking up as we speak

You should see my apartment-- with cured meats hanging like a hippie bead curtain separating the kitchen from the bedroom. I need to draw boundaries.

Drawing boundaries with the cured meat curtains.....
NOW I'M LIVING!!!
(insert corny joke here about parting the beef curtains...)

I am cackling, here.

One of the most disturbing things I've heard recently was "meat skirt." such a visual.

I just took the blog-addiction antidote.

xo

Dagger, please you know you could body surf a monster wave into shore. I know you loved that board but you can tame the sea without any tools.
