I used to look out my window in Chinatown and follow the rows of elderly peeps in the courtyard across the street doing these moves. SO grounding...what is it called?

I'm gonna say slacks 'cause its the most troublesome. Dick Blue often talks about "the creepy little problem in his pleats," when referring to a certain one of her choady colleagues at the univ.

Tai Chi or Qi Gong, yeah it's actually cool and I actually love doing it, which is why I have to mildly mock it on my blog because I am a bratty 11 year old boy trapped in an adult female body.
